Tips to cooking the perfect Beyond Burger:

  • 3 minutes each side, on the BBQ, in a pan over high heat, or in the oven at 425°F (220°C). Cooking time can be reduced by covering the patty.
  • Internal temperature should be 165°F (75°C), and should appear pink.
